    Morgan Denault is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Riverfield Consulting, LLC, where she partners with organizations to streamline operations, elevate member and client experiences, and bring complex initiatives to life. With a background in nonprofit leadership spanning communications, marketing, membership, and event strategy, she has collaborated closely with Boards of Directors and Executive Committees and successfully planned events across the United States and internationally, including Canada, Switzerland, and France. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Morgan was raised near Annapolis, Maryland, where a strong connection to the military community - through retired military family and a partner serving as an active-duty Marine - has shaped her work ethic and leadership style. Outside of work, she can almost always be found somewhere along the coast, fully living the beach life whenever possible.

    Hi! I’m Caylin Hollobaugh, an event planner based in Baltimore, Maryland, with a passion for creating events that are anything but ordinary. My style is all about that funky boho flair, adding a fun and unforgettable touch to every celebration. I’ve been planning events since my college days, working on everything from community gatherings and social events to large international corporate conferences. I pride myself on my attention to detail, ensuring that every element is thoughtfully executed and perfectly aligned with the client's vision. Whether it’s a spooky Halloween bash or an elegant wedding celebration, I love breaking away from the status quo and designing unique experiences that leave a lasting impression. When I’m not planning, you’ll find me surrounded by my beloved plants, hanging out with my two cats, or spending time with my pup. I’m all about making my clients happy and bringing their dream events to life, no matter the scale or theme!

Riverfield held a special place in our hearts as an oasis for family and friends located in Calvert County, Maryland. Over the past few years, we celebrated many family reunions, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and one unforgettable celebration of life for Paul Hollobaugh (pictured to the left).

Riverfield stands as more than just a family home – it is a repository of cherished memories, where joy and sorrow have woven a tapestry of life's journey. With its sunlit rooms and sprawling gardens, Riverfield has been witness to moments that have shaped a family's story, marking the passage of time with both laughter and tears.

Though the physical keys may have changed hands, the spirit of Riverfield endures as a symbol of hope, perseverance, and the enduring power of family ties. It stands as a pillar, a touchstone that will forever illuminate the path of the present and guide the way toward a promising future.

In 2023, a formidable partnership was forged between two passionate professionals, Caylin Hollobaugh and Morgan Denault, culminating in the establishment of Riverfield Consulting. Leaving their previous positions to unite their skills, Morgan and Caylin knew the risk they were taking. So they drew upon their experience in association management and event planning, becoming a dynamic duo that embarked on a mission to redefine the consultancy services landscape. They brought along with them hope, perseverance, and the enduring power of family ties.

Early bird gets the worm ‼️‼️ Don’t wait until the last minute to book your vendors. Secure the venue. Secure the catering. Secure the band and entertainment ASAPPPP. We would say at least a year out to feel confident. Even if it’s a vendor you are just considering, ask if they can reserve the date for you or put down a refundable deposit so that you can at least know that you have them in your back pocket in case something changes. The longer you wait, the less availability each vendor is going to have and the higher the fees are going to be. Set a Clear Budget Early Establish the total amount you can spend BEFORE BOOKING ANYTHING. Break it down into categories like venue, catering, entertainment, decor, and contingency (add in 10-15% of your budget for unexpected expenses). 🌱2. Prioritize Expenses Figure out what matters the most to you. What element is the most important for your event, like venue or entertainment, and allocate more of your budget there. 🌿3.
